Baldor Motor MVM3714D 10hp, 3 phase, 4 pole, 36 slot, 220volt delta.
will rewind the stator for 30 volts and building a water cooled housing.


I am rewinding for the Curtis Controller 1238. The motor rewind needs
to be 15-50 volts rms for the Curtis Controller..






Each phase all four poles where layed with 18 gauge 24 in hand 1 turn continuous,
so there is no pole connections. I made up 3 wire sets, 24 wires 45 feet long
Layed each phase 4 poles all the way around the stator, then next phase.
